Primary liaison with the client to diagnose the scope and type of service required, including follow-up.

Education: College diploma / Post secondary education. Skilled trade certification considered on asset

Knowledge: Experience working on component repairs, trouble shooting, field services and generating quote labor hours

Responsible for day-to-day support of the business of Parts & Service sales to customers

Executes initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence and maximizes efficiencies including service, warranty programs and parts operations at the branch

Minimum of three (3) years of experience working as a Service Manager required.

Achieve and maintain International truck and Cummins engine technical certification.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in the heavy truck/equipment or related industry required.

Education in business administration or a HET / CT ticket preferred.

Computer literate with a solid understanding of Microsoft programs, previous experience Procede with would be considered an asset.

Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.

Focus Area: Collaborate with Sudbury Facility Manager to plan, coordinate and manage Sudbury shop team’s daily activities.

10 years of technical / engineering and field service experience within mechanical, structural, industrial, or mining field

Technical education consisting of either a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Certified Engineering Technologist or Interprovincial Millwright diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in slurry pump disassembly, evaluation, inspection, repair, and reassembly is preferred

Focus Area: Supervise multiple teams of up to 25 field technicians.

2 years’ experience working as a restaurant server.

1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Registration software system management and troubleshooting

Performs other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job

Overseeing all customer service / reception and front desk functions

Creating and implementing policies and manuals for effective office operations

Active Kids and BodyWorks course registration, maintenance, and confirmations

Experience with MS Office and data entry, must be very comfortable using a computer

Participate in the hiring of new CSRs and manage subsequent training for new hires

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer Service within the manufacturing or construction industry

Experience in Window & Door industry considered an asset

Excellent communication skills both written and oral
