Job Description

Must Haves:


  • 6+ years of experience in IT industry.
  • 4-5 years of experience in production support.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve production issues.
  • Certified Application Developer, CIS-Discovery certified by ServiceNow, certified AWS cloud practitioner.
  • Cloning-patching and upgrade ServiceNow platform.
  • Certified Application Developer, CIS-Discovery certified by ServiceNow, certified AWS cloud practitioner.
  • 4-5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical information in easy-to-understand language.
  • Understanding of Linux/Windows systems.
  • 2-3 Years of experience in agile and ITIL methodology and related platforms
  • ServiceNow Platform administration (CSA certified preferred)
  • Experience of SAAS platforms
  • ServiceNow CMDB and discovery knowledge in ServiceNow.
