Job Description
What to Expect What to Expect
Tesla Motors is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position requires a high-level customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess the technical acumen, but also the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. What You’ll Do
  • Answer Phone Calls, Emails and Drive In’s to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention
  • Return missed phone calls, email in no less than 5 minutes
  • Determine if technical solution can be resolved over the phone; escalate immediately to Shop Foreman / Service Manager to provide immediate attention
  • Accurately record issues and data into Dealer Management System. Attention to detail critical
  • Conduct Transactions w/ system; walk customer through correction and provide summary
  • Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle
  • Coordinate the detail of every vehicle prior to delivery
  • Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer
  • Follow up with Customer on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
  • Experience in operational use and maintenance of a wide variety of hand power tools, shop tools, and automotive and electrical test equipment
  • Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work to include the public
  • Perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
  • Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goal
  • Dealer Management System(s), Outlook, and MS Office
  • Retail automotive service experience, preferred
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable and safe driving record
  • Must have two years of driving experience

    What You’ll Do

  • Retourner les appels téléphoniques et les courriels manqués dans un délai d'au moins 5 minutes.
  • Déterminer si la solution technique peut être résolue par téléphone ; transmettre immédiatement le problème au chef d'atelier ou au directeur de service pour qu'il soit traité immédiatement.
  • Enregistrer avec précision les problèmes et les données dans le système de gestion du concessionnaire. Le souci du détail est essentiel.
  • Effectuer des transactions avec le système ; guider le client dans la correction et lui fournir un résumé
  • Communiquer le temps de réalisation estimé, les mises à jour régulières et le suivi de chaque véhicule du client.
  • Coordonner les détails de chaque véhicule avant la livraison.
  • Coordonner l'heure de livraison ou d'enlèvement avec chaque client.
  • Faire un suivi avec le client sur les services fournis ; s'assurer qu'il est satisfait du travail effectué.
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Connaissance des méthodes, techniques, pièces, outils et matériaux utilisés pour l'entretien et la réparation des véhicules.
  • Expérience de l'utilisation opérationnelle et de l'entretien d'une grande variété d'outils électriques manuels, d'outils d'atelier et d'équipement d'essai automobile et électrique.
  • Compréhension des techniques automobiles de base liées à la réparation et à l'entretien des automobiles.
  • Capacité à suivre des instructions orales et écrites en prêtant attention aux détails.
  • Volonté d'apprendre des technologies automobiles nouvelles et innovantes.
  • Capacité d'établir et de maintenir des relations de travail coopératives avec les personnes contactées dans le cadre du travail, y compris le public.
  • Tenue de registres et de rapports quotidiens détaillés.
  • Gérer efficacement des priorités multiples, organiser la charge de travail et respecter les délais.
  • Travailler en équipe et atteindre un objectif commun.
  • Système(s) de gestion du concessionnaire, Outlook et MS Office.
  • Expérience dans le domaine du service automobile au détail, de préférence
  • Doit posséder et maintenir un permis de conduire valide et un dossier de conduite acceptable et sécuritaire.
  • Doit avoir deux ans d'expérience de conduite
