Service Advisor (Junior) Jobs

The Opportunity

Volkswagen Moncton is looking for a Junior Service Advisor.

The Junior Service Advisor's role is to provide administrative support to the Service department. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has strong administration skills, has good communication skills and wants to learn about the automotive industry.

This is an entry-level position. The hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the paperwork is completed for all the service orders in an organized manner.
• Support the Sales and Service departments by maintaining a clear communication flow within the departments.
• Schedule service work with the service technician on used cars.
• Follow up on the service orders with the service team and ensure the completion of the service orders on time.

Qualifications

• Good work ethic
• High school diploma or GED required
• Likes helping people
• Must have a valid driver's license & clean driver's abstract
• Has excellent communication and organization skills
• Previous experience in customer service or an administrative profile is preferred
• Has good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new software
• Has attention to detail with a strong ability to prioritize tasks
