Job Summary
They provide customer service to entrepreneurs and self-builders in the commercial or industrial field. They maintain a personalized bond between the company and the customers. They must also ensure compliance with standards and procedures related to occupational health and safety. The employee sought works Monday to Friday during the day.
Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the filling of the department.
• Respond effectively to the needs of entrepreneurial and self-build clients.
• Manage commercial accounts.
• Track orders and deliveries.
• Manage department emails.
• Complete the submission forms.

Training/Experience/Certification
Required Skills and Qualifications Profile

• Have a DEP in the construction field (an asset).
• Have experience in construction projects.

Knowledge

• Have good knowledge in renovation products.
• Have ease in using a computer system.

Required Skills And Aptitudes

• Be a good communicator and listener.
• Have good interpersonal skills and a good team spirit.
• Have a good command of the French language, both orally and in writing.
