Senior Workday Integration Analyst

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be an Aliaxis Group Employee based in Canada to support our Workday integrations in the North & LATIN American time zones. The main purpose of this role will be to support/maintain Workday outbound and inbound integrations to all downstream applications such as payroll, time tracking, ERP, job boards, external learning platforms, travel, and expense, etc.

Principal Responsibilities

• Liaise with external providers (payroll) to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
• Responsible for managing Workday integration tickets by investigating the issue/request and providing resolution within defined SLAs. Complete root cause analysis (RCA) if relevant.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for new development and integration enhancements.
• Monitor integration performance and recommend areas of improvement.
• Participate in Workday twice-yearly release reviews and testing by identifying impact and improvement opportunities associated with the new release.
• Perform recurring BAU activity (such as maintenance of period schedule, periods) to ensure integration runs undisrupted.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years in Workday production support environment supporting Workday integrations preferably between HR, Payroll, Benefits Partner.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• BIRT experience preferred.
• Should have a sound understanding of integrations security.
• Experience with integration design and testing concepts and integration frameworks (e.g., middleware, transformation logic).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on documentation, presentation and social skills.
• Good understanding of SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT, Java.
• Working experience in Workday Studio Development, EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.
• Prior experience in reporting (composite report), Prism will be a big plus.
• Candidates with existing implementer certifications will have an opportunity to convert Workday implementer certifications to Workday Pro certifications.
