a Day In The Life
  • Engage with cross-functional teams internally to launch new programs and updates - includes communications, learning design and operations.
  • Monitoring, measurement, and ongoing sustainment of global Employee Relations programs.
  • Lead employee relations program discovery, define, and design work across multiple P&C workstreams for performance improvement, conduct accountability, separations, investigations and resolution thru mediation and conflict resolution across our all markets.
  • Establish a clearly defined framework and playbook, including detailed best practices and supporting resources to facilitate program creation and management for all Employee Ralations Programs.
  • Work in partnership with OHE, IDEA, P+C, Legal and ECP to research best practices and industry standards for Employee Relations Programs, analyze their impact on the organization and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear and accessible records detailing industry best practices, and aligned upon policy and program details for each market globally.
  • Thorough and streamlined People & Culture programs and practices that comply with local legislation, meet the unique needs of the business, and provide for an employee experience in alignment with lululemon’s global policies, practices and culture/values.
  • Successful launch of new Employee Relations programs and practices that support our leader and People and Culture globally in navigating complex moments of employment such as performance improvement, conduct accountability, separations, investigations and resolution thru mediation and conflict resolution.
  • Ongoing follow-up and oversight of employee relations needs across multiple global markets and multiple areas of the business.
  • Continue to innovate and build upon existing Employee Relations programs in order to streamline processes, reduce costs and gain greater efficiency.
  • In partnership with ECP and Legal, ensure compliance with local legislation and deliver programs that meet the unique needs of the business, and provide for an employee experience in alignment with lululemon's global policies, practices and culture/values.
Qualifications
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and an effective team player.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Adaptable and flexible; motivated to drive results in a fast-paced environment where change is a constant.
  • Highly ethical and able to deal with confidential issues with tact & discretion.
  • Experience in retail and understanding of the unique needs across across multiple business units (i.e. stores, GEC, DC, SSC, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, written, verbal, research, and communication skills.
  • 2+ years experience in program management
  • Passion for solving people problems and dedication to delivering a positive employee experience.
  • High degree of knowledge with regards to Employee Relations processes and practices and an ability translate policies in to process/practices.
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience, focus on Employee Relations will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and abilities, detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy.
  • Project management experience, including handling multiple and complex projects simultaneously, and working in an environment that requires agility, innovation, and collaboration.
