Senior Product Manager Jobs

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, defining detailed product features, and guiding product development and innovation for the organization.

The successful person in this role will have leadership qualities, strategic skills, and prior experience as a Product Manager or a Product development lead with a track record of bringing new software-based products to market in close collaboration with Engineering teams.

Job Duties:

• Other duties as assigned.
• Manage existing products and lead the ongoing development of enhancements to support customers.
• Help establish direction, goals, and processes for each part of the product development team. Monitor the status of development projects.
• Maintain knowledge of current and emerging trends in the industry, including all relevant areas of information systems that might be incorporated as new technologies into future systems.
• Research, develop, and implement best process strategies for new product development, launch, and analysis.
• Foster, promote, and strengthen relationships with key customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Communicate current and future statuses of product development to senior management as it relates to current and future projects and the direction related to these projects.
• Manage the execution of consumer research to further support the rationale for product development and positioning within the software marketplace.
• Work closely with retention and customer communication teams to ensure the accuracy of products being developed.
• Develop needs analysis, requirements, and documents for new product features. Gather and analyze feedback from different stakeholders including sales, marketing, operations, and customers to help set the strategic vision for existing products and the development of new products.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years in a Technical Product Management/Product Owner role within an agile environment
• A technical mindset with great attention to detail
• A team player and individual contributor
• Experience working within an Agile methodology and demonstrated ability to effectively operate within an Agile team environment
• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline/experience, or a combination of education and related work experience
• High quality organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in Pharmaceutical healthcare software is required
• Ability to assess risks, dependencies, and identify mitigation strategies
