Senior Manager, Communications (15-Month Contract)

Bosa Properties is looking for a Senior Manager, Communications, to join our team of talented marketing and real estate professionals. Reporting to the Senior Director, Communications, you will take a leading role in our internal communications strategy.

Key responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Create and maintain a communications calendar outlining a mix of corporate communications, project beats and external announcements;
• Execute an internal communications strategy that ensures we have integrated, inside-out communications across all of our channels and employee audience groups;
• Support the creation of integrated communications plans across our business;

Presentation Building & Writing

• Support the development of our ESG strategy and supporting materials;
• Support in the development of news releases, pitches, media briefings, key messages, Q&A’s and other media materials for key stories;
• Support with issues management – developing messaging and materials for sensitive matters;
• Create and manage our corporate key messaging and reactive messaging docs aligned to our overall communications strategy;
• Support the creation of key business development decks for prospective partners, telling the story of Bosa Properties through written and visual communications;

Brand Reputation & Executive Communications

• Lead our industry awards strategy and manage applications;
• Support the creation of materials for executive speaking opportunities;
• Contribute to building positive brand sentiment through proactive brand and storytelling strategies;
• Write thought leadership pieces for key executives;

Content & Channel Strategy

• Seven (7) years of experience in communications, PR, brand, marketing, or a related field;
• Knowledgeable in leveraging technology and a variety of formats to meet specific audience needs;
• Help deliver the content strategy across company owned digital channels and curate its execution;
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and adapt to changing needs;
• Support the overhaul of content on our corporate website and manage our press page.
• Support the refresh of our employer brand and help ensure that all of our content and messaging is consistent across external channels;
• Ability to build and foster relationships.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present complex concepts, visually and written;
