About the Digital Integration Team Our Digital Integration practice is a strong and rapidly growing team, working with the latest technologies available in the integration space. As a goal, we intend to develop a team of deep and knowledgeable integration subject matter experts.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

• Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, social media reach outs and other forms of market eminence
• Provide hand-ons help to team members during delivery of project
• Work with experienced architects and adhere to articulated recommendations and architectural blueprints. Lead technical teams through complex, multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance
• Run end to end proof of concepts
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops or discovery sessions with the business team to understand the details pertaining to the business requirements
• Participate in the continuous improvement of MuleSoft & digital integration services by leading internal work groups and design sessions with clients and across the firm
• Develop integration services with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms like Apigee, Azure integration service
• Capture project lessons and convert them into architectural best practices applicable to the broader install base; mentor and coach the internal team through internal training sessions. Mentor and train the internal team on design and architecture best practices
• Assist team members in identifying any risks and pain points throughout the project, develop and implement mitigation measures
• Lead the team of developers and deliver the solution jointly with customers, partners and integration experts
• Work with customers to create and influence proper standards for development, governance and operational life cycle
• Assist team members in various aspects of project’s lifecycle with effort & complexity estimations

Experiences And Skills You’ll Use To Solve

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing and developing business presentations and power user training materials
• Relevant certifications in MuleSoft or Azure Integration Services, Apigee or similar
• Experience with testing suites like JMeter, Postman, SoapUI is a must
• Experience designing public and private enterprise secure services using RAML, REST based APIs, GraphQL, etc.
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Hands-on experience in MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services or similar (IBM, Dell Boomi, Tibco, Apigee, Talend, Kafka etc.)
• Experience profiling and troubleshooting MuleSoft application code
• CI/CD process understanding & tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, Artifactory, Git, Jira, Azure DevOps
• Ability to solve problems spanning multiple environments in a business area
• Experience delivering in waterfall, scrum, agile, and other methodologies
• Good understanding of integration architecture concepts and patterns, including Microservices, Service Oriented Architecture, Batch Integration, RESTful JSON services, Pub / Sub etc. including Event Driven Architecture.
• Solid understanding of the API life cycle, solution architecture, technical documentation, including logical and physical architecture, and systems design artifacts
• Experience working as a systems analyst or related capacity and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent will be an asset

Nice to have:

• Design, development and operations experience with highly-available, scalable, and fault tolerant systems
• Ability to keep up with latest technology trends and upskill as required, which might include certifications and applicable trainings
• Integration architecture knowledge with one or more on-premise / SaaS packaged solutions for ERP, CRM, e-Commerce, or mobile (e.g. Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.)
• Experience providing technical solutions development for on-premise, hybrid and SaaS applications using JEE and/or JSE frameworks
• SQL/NoSQL experience
• Experience with EDI, XML, JMS, WS-*, SOA integration, API Management technologies and standards
