In This Role You Will

• Act as an escalation point for difficult and/or critical helpdesk calls
• Executing change to the IT business systems and supporting infrastructure
• Maintenance, patching, and improvement of business system platforms (File servers, AD controllers, Office 365 systems etc )
• Lead and mentor Service Desk team members
• Managing IT infrastructure to ensure effective operations

• Work IT engineers & Manager to determine best technical approach for a given project or problem

Essential:

It is nice if you have:

At least five years experience working within an IT helpdesk or similar technical excellence centre, solutions provider or internal IT Team.
