• Infrastructure Engineers* to our Professional and Managed Services teams. As part of the Resolute team, you would plan, design, implement, troubleshoot and provide technical support for Resolute and our clients. You will need to have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and the ability to technically dive into complex solutions and resolve issues. Sound like you? Send that resume!*What you will be responsible for:** Design and engineer effective server and network environments including assembling technical components as required* Implement Disaster Recovery and High Availability solutions that meet stated requirements for both on-premises and cloud solutions* Troubleshoot issues as they arise within diverse and complex systems* Manage effective transition to production of all new solutions to the operational support team* Document and maintain procedures, backup environments and configuration documents* Follow change and problem management processes and procedures* Integrate 3rd party products to create solutions as required* Develop new, and/or enhance existing policies with respect to IT infrastructure* Monitor and keep up with industry trends and new technology such as SaaS and Cloud Computing* Provide technical leadership to clients, IT management and other Resolute team members* Conduct vulnerability assessments and prepare client reports* Prepare and present client deliverables including, but not limited to, technical reports and presentations* Support other Resolute team members with knowledge sharing, brainstorming, coaching, collaboration, etc. as requested or required* Demonstrate the principles of exceptional customer service with a focus on critical thinking and effective communication that supports anticipating customer needs*What you bring to the table:** Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience supporting and/or designing solutions with the last 2 years being at a senior level* Strong proficiency in network and hardware technologies, virtualization, shared storage technologies and Active Directory* Experience in configuring and setting up Firewalls (Fortinet)* Experience with Cloud (Azure) with a focus on Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)* Relevant certifications in the indicated technologies considered an asset* Strong delivery record of satisfying business requirements with IT solutions*What RTS gives back to you:** A collaborative and creative work environment that truly values and cares about their employees as people* Bonus Program* Comprehensive benefits package* Training and education opportunities* A fun and inclusive team building environmentIf you have any questions, please contact our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
