About Plannin

Plannin is a platform for creators to help them monetize their travel content & recommendations through a lifetime commission structure. We enable creators to link any travel-related content across social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube) to a unique Plannin profile where their audience can book worldwide accommodations at a discounted rate. Each creator profile will showcase this embedded travel-related content on Plannin to increase social views and exposure, while also providing a powerful recommendation engine for users.

Plannin was co-founded by two industry veterans with deep expertise in the travel space as they sold their last company to Priceline and then built one of the largest travel partner programs in the World. We’re backed by some incredible investors and will be launching our product in Q4 of this year.

About the Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing engaging and innovative video and graphic designs. From concept to execution, you will bring ideas to life while adhering to firm deadlines. You will work on a wide range of projects, including video development, website graphics, ad campaign graphics, gif creation, explainer videos, animated ads, blog post graphics, email graphics, proposal graphics/design, template creation, logos for new company launches, branding guidelines, website optimization, white papers/ebooks/lead magnets, and ongoing social media content development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create templates for proposals and other external resources.
• Produce informative and engaging explainer videos.
• Develop ongoing social media content.
• Create visually appealing white papers, ebooks, and lead magnets.
• Design visually appealing graphics for blog posts.
• Design visually appealing and professional proposal graphics.
• Design logos for new company launches.
• Optimize website graphics for improved performance.
• Establish and maintain branding guidelines.
• Develop animated ads that stand out.
• Develop website graphics that enhance user experience.
• Generate digital ad videos, YouTube content, webinars, and website videos.
• Create compelling graphics for emails.
• Create engaging and visually appealing ad campaign graphics.
• Design eye-catching gifs to capture attention.

Experience & Skills You'll Bring to the Team

• Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools.
• Proven experience in graphic design, with a focus on video and digital graphics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Familiarity with website optimization techniques is a plus.
• Excellent prioritization and task management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work, including graphics and video content.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
