  • Responsible for managing the daily administrative functions of the Co-CEO’s office.
  • Use strategic administrative and project management skills to assess all tasks, highlight urgent matters, and direct routine matters to other managers or team members.
  • Liaise regularly with onsite Managers, preload on meetings and support them as needed to achieve their objectives.

  • A supportive, diverse team and training opportunities. We believe in giving our people opportunities to advance wherever we can.
  • Meaningful work. How many jobs can say that? At PARC, you’ll be making a positive difference in seniors’ lives, each and every day.
  • High-value benefits. We offer Extended Health, Dental, Life, AD&D and Disability Insurance, plus an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), to help protect your health, family and way of life. Plus: birthdays off with pay, parental top-ups and much more!

It takes a special kind of person to work here – does this sound like you?

  • You have strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities allowing you to manage many projects at once.
  • You are pro-active and take initiative. You are self-driven and have the ability to work independently or with little direction.
  • Excellent business communication skills (written, verbal, and non-verbal).
  • You are objective, possess high integrity and have the ability to receive direct communications and manage challenging, multi-faceted personalities while working in a high-demand job.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • You are an upbeat and engaged team member who brings positive energy to all you do.
  • Completed post-secondary education, ideally in Business Administration or in a related discipline.
