Our ideal candidate will lead the finance department at ClearEstate, manage relationships with external partners and be responsible for improvements to financial, accounting, and administrative processes.

As a Senior Director, Finance reporting into the CEO, you will:

• Assist the revenue recognition and month-end closing process.
• Complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial packages including consolidation and variance analysis.
• Evaluate, design and roll-out a new accounting system or ERP.
• Manage the finance department training any new employees as necessary
• Develop and maintain the financial model of the company
• Oversee ongoing AR and AP payment process including bank transfers and external wire transfers.
• Assess accounting entries, policies and procedures and recommend revisions.
• Oversee all accounting work and set up internal and external audits.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration.
• Partner with senior leadership to review weekly performance and provide support for executive management meetings.
• Assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and the company’s short and long-term strategy.
• Lead the preparation of company-wide budget and monthly forecasts.
