Senior Digital Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and execution of user research studies
• Create elegant design solutions for user/customer challenges
• Keep up to date with modern trends and industry best practices
• Participate in and contribute to a vibrant team culture of learning, mentorship, innovation, and positivity
• Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes
• Work with and contribute to organizations’ Design Systems
• Collaborate across design, engineering, and product teams within an Agile environment
• Take a user-centered approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
• Create effective, professional UI designs

What We’re Looking For

• A lifelong learner and with a strong sense of curiosity
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Prior experience with responsive web design and mobile applications a plus
• 3-5+ years of experience creating digital products and web apps
• Interest in learning about and leveraging financial data is a requirement; experience with it is a bonus
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer, etc.
• A passion for technology and modern interaction design
• Strong critical and design thinking skills
• Experience conducting and/or leveraging user research and usability testing to inform decision making
