Digital Product Intern Jobs

Minimum 3 years of experience in a product management role, and 4-5 years experience working in a business/tech environment

Experience with facilitating or supporting user research, with an understanding of various research methods and how/when they are applied

Understand user interface patterns and behaviours, and use that understanding to drive user comprehension, and improve task performance

1+ year(s) experience in product/service/project/program management or software development or equivalent experience.

A Product Manager Intern works collaboratively with teammates to ensure our products exceed customer expectations.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

Must have at least one additional quarter/semester of school remaining following the completion of the internship.  

Experience designing and launching complex digital experiences (web apps, mobile apps)

3+ years’ experience as a digital product designer for customer-facing digital experiences.

Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent work experience launching digital products.

Deep understanding of inclusive design principles and a commitment to creating accessible experiences.

Airline, Loyalty or Travel Industry experience a plus, but not required.

Autonomous and self-starter able to effectively self-manage priorities.

Recognized Scrum Master certification & experience is highly desirable

Develop the vision and roadmap for InfoAlerts customer experience, as well and create and maintain a detailed product backlog

Experience with Project delivery and leading cross functional teams

10 years of relevant digital product management experience in a fast-paced environment.
