The Senior Change Management Specialist will play a lead role in helping clients meet and sustain their business objectives by helping them prepare for, implement, sustain, and change. They will oversee all organizational change management activities, including development and execution of change management strategies that support the adoption of people, process, and technology changes across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop a case for organizational change management and implement change management frameworks, roadmaps, methodology, tools, systems and processes, and ongoing maturity assessments
• Develop project plans and reports based on structured management methodologies
• Advise senior leaders, sponsors and stakeholders to understand organization-wide change impacts and provide recommendations for appropriate levels of change management support
• Define, develop, evolve and promote organizational change management strategies for clients
• Monitor and champion change adoption across the organization
• Deliver Change Management training & coaching to targeted groups within client organizations.
• Assess client’s change management capability and provide appropriate support to enable change
• Work with business leaders and senior management to ensure they are actively and visibly supporting change management initiatives

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and ability to adapt to new technologies for a hybrid work environment (MS Teams, Zoom, Poll Everywhere, Slack etc.)
• Expertise in applying a structured approach to leading, managing and sustaining change
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills; ability to effectively manage a diverse workload and multiple simultaneous projects under pressure and deadlines
• Strong facilitation skills for online and in-person workshops (French is an asset)
• Ability to apply change management best practices, methodologies, tools, processes and approaches
• Between 5 - 10 years of progressive change management experience, including experience in leading and managing complex, large-scale transformation initiatives
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

Education & Certifications:

• Agile, Coaching and CMC certification is an asset
• Certified in Change Management methodology (ADKAR® or CCMP® strongly preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behaviour, Management, Commerce, Human Resources (HR) or similar relevant discipline
