We are looking for a Full-Time Security Guard Shift Lead to work at one of our Healthcare site in Winnipeg, MB. As a security guard Shift Lead in the Healthcare sector, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there!

What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do ?

• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• Issuing and managing Access cards
• Ensure guards are efficiently using G-track during their Patrols
• Other duties as assigned
• Provide excellent customer service
• Responsible for ensuring post orders are maintained, updated and followed by all security officers
• CCTV Monitoring
• Direct liaison with site client on a daily basis
• Maintenance and upkeep of the daily security officer schedule
• Desk Duties
• Responding to Fire Alarm/Emergency Situations
• Required to lead site security officers during the shift

Qualifications to be become Security Guard in Winnipeg ?

• Excellent computer skills
• High school education or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard license
• Fluent in English, both written and orally
