As a security guard in a Residential Site , you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of Clients for some of the biggest brands out there!

What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do?


  • Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
  • Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
  • Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
  • Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
  • Maintain a safe and Secure environment
  • Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
  • Provide Excellent customer service.


Qualification to become a Security guard in Winnipeg ?


  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
  • Must be able to work Nights.
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
