Major Objective

The primary objective for the Sales Estimator is to produce and provide the customer with quotations, generate profitable sales and identify and implement sales and marketing strategies while creating positive customer interactions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Identify and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the company by building current client potential, generating leads through referrals, and renewing inactive client relationships to create profitable sales of company services.
• Work closely with production and administration staff to ensure every customer receives the best possible service throughout the sales and production process. Job follow-up is required to ensure work is completed to the customer's satisfaction with the goal of long-term retention.
• Provide excellent customer communications based on knowledgeable diagnosis, expert information, and recommendations that meet client goals and arboricultural standards.
• Full-cycle management of your customers from the original request for quotation of services, produce and provide the customer with quotation as well as follow-up with your customer, project management and back-end communication when each of your projects/jobs are completed.
• Generating profitable sales for your territory.
• Focus on new business development for services offered by Tree Doctors.

Qualifications (Mandatory)

• Drivers license with clean abstract.
• 1 -3 years of previous experience in Arboriculture, forestry or a related field.

Qualifications (As Asset):

• ISA certification or on your way to becoming ISA certified
• TRAQ
