Job Summary:

Subaru City is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team in Edmonton, AB. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing them with exceptional service, and guiding them through the purchasing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate customer information and sales documentation.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and promote additional services or products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Meet with customers and determine their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Provide product information, pricing, and incentives to customers.
• Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Meet sales targets and performance metrics.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product information, features, and benefits.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Business education or 1+ years of experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
