Job Description
Our team has an immediate 12-month contract opening for a Researcher.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze multi-dimensional time-series data traces to identify important features and work with the team to design customized performance models and evaluation metrics
  • Quickly design and develop a simulation or experiment to validate the discovery and the designed solution
  • Collaborate closely with other researchers and engineers as well as internal customers to produce high-quality deliverables, including live demos and publications
  • Learn practical skills and latest trend in performance modeling and evaluation from researchers and practitioners in the field


Job requirements


What you’ll bring to the team:


  • Research experience in performance modeling and evaluation and/or machine learning
  • Very strong coding background with a published record, e.g. published code at GitHub or other open-source implementations
  • Experience developing a software project, preferably with a collaborative component
  • Strong in programming with one or more programming languages (Python and etc.)
  • Currently pursuing/holding a Master’s or Ph.D. degree in computer science/engineering, or a related field
