This Research Associate position will conduct research related to electrochemical reactors (e.g., reactors for carbon capture storage), which may include:

• Writing papers;
• Designing and performing experiments;
• Identifying potential new research directions;
• Collaborating with other group members (students, postdocs, staff, research associates, etc) and possibly external partners;
• Other duties as assigned.
• Contributing to maintaining lab equipment and related SOPs;

Qualifications:

• Experience with various materials characterization techniques, such as SEM, TEM, XRD, XPS, Raman, NMR etc.
• Experience designing, assembling, and testing electrochemical devices;
• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline;
• Strong publication record.
