Salary Will Be Commensurate With Qualifications And Experience

Experience designing, assembling, and testing electrochemical devices;

Experience with various materials characterization techniques, such as SEM, TEM, XRD, XPS, Raman, NMR etc.

Identifying potential new research directions;

Collaborating with other group members (students, postdocs, staff, research associates, etc) and possibly external partners;

Contributing to maintaining lab equipment and related SOPs;

Developing product management processes and tools to support a growing business

Strong market analysis capability and business operations acumen with a demonstrated ability in a Product Management capacity

Track record of creating and improving product management processes and tools

Renewable/clean energy (solar, wind) industry experience or working knowledge of grid-interactive energy storage systems

Clearly translating business and product requirements into actionable development plans

Monitoring market requirements to identify trends, generating product requirements, determine specifications and recognize partnership opportunities

Report and update on market trends & product development to management on a regular basis

Develop the deal structures and work with all stakeholders based on internal guidelines and process requirements

Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in Renewable Energy - especially in the Solar and Energy Storage Sector

Ability to effectively collaborate with team members on a remote basis

Moving, arranging, lifting and loading of storage boxes, bins and totes.

Use the proprietary computer system to track orders and determine the location of boxes

Comfort lifting heavy boxes of documents

Able to work in a walking and standing position for the majority of the role

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience

5 years’ experience developing software for self-driving labs

5 years’ experience with Python with demonstrated mastery

Experience with North Robotics N9 series of robot arms

Experience with 6 DoF robotics

Experience with XRF, XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS techniques

• Knowledge of propulsion systems or electric propulsion systems is great as well

• Someone who is good working with both Software and Electronics is great

Assist in evaluation of natural catastrophe accumulation, pricing of risks, and using global tools as appropriate
