VantEdge is looking for a responsible full time “Regulatory Compliance Data Specialist” to support customer success, sales, and the development team in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for high-quality analytical work with a focus on customer support.

The Regulatory Compliance Data Specialist’s focus will be to monitor publications and to flag documents for updates within our software. You will also be required to liaise with VantEdge staff and software developers to be the Subject Matter Expert for Regulatory Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for compliance to established processes to ensure data is collected from various legal or regulatory sites and transformed into a complaint format as per documented processes and procedures.
• Manage internal DevOps board and lead the outsourcing team to label priorities, answer questions and complete oversight of completed work tasks.
• Responsible for monitoring and reviewing official sources for legislative changes (Gazettes, regulatory bulletins and RSS feeds) recording these changes or new legislation being released, creating a dashboard update with required verbiage, and then either completing the amendment or creating a task associated with the amendment.
• Develop a strong understanding of VantEdge software solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the product manager and development team to address bug fixes, implement enhancements, and incorporate new feature requests into the Conformii product.
• Customer Success: Manage incoming support tickets through the HubSpot ticket platform and/or VOIP phone system, providing prompt and efficient assistance.
• Client Onboarding: Oversee the successful onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto the Conformii platform.

Education

The following education is considered an asset but not required:

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate is an asset, preferably in one of the following areas: Environment, Public Policy, Law, Business, Communications, or Computer Science. Equivalent work experience that requires strong attention to detail will also be considered.

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of industry and/or role experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong work ethic is required to excel in this role.
• Excellent computer skills with experience required including but not limited to Microsoft Office products (Azure, DevOps, SharePoint, Excel, Teams), Adobe Acrobat, Etc.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
