We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent to support our growing business. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and select candidates who possess the skills and expertise required for various roles within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and verify employment history to ensure the accuracy and reliability of candidate information.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and perform in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and extending job offers.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for a variety of positions, both IT and non-IT roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job requirements and candidate selection.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced IT and non-IT professional services environment.
- A passion for finding top talent and contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
