Junior Marketing Consultant Jobs

Our telecom client, Bell Canada, is seeking a skilled and motivated marketing consultant to join their team in a contract opportunity. As a Junior Marketing Consultant, you will assist in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. The ideal candidate would have demonstrated marketing experience with exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities and Job Duties:

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams.
• Provide content to update marketing materials.
• Write creative and impactful briefs, review proposed projects and give feedback.
• Responsible for the management of marketing material including products, brochures, newsletters, online media, and campaigns.
• Drive new initiatives to meet and increase operational targets.
• Manage all communication plans and assist with marketing portfolios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand communication requirements to draft communications of different types (small SMS campaigns) and own the end-to-end process of creating and delivering impactful customer-facing communications.

Key Competencies and Experience:

• Proven passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent writing, proof-reading, and editing skills.
• Demonstrated marketing experience developing marketing materials, marketing plans, providing creative input and executing marketing projects.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Bachelor's degree or certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluent in oral and written English and French.
