Hourly wage: $18-$19/hour

Job Type: Part-time

Temporary, temporary to permanent, and permanent staffing is what we offer, to Office, Warehouse, and Industrial companies in Ontario.

Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Administrative Clerk, you will be responsible for onboarding and registering potential job seekers. One of your main duties will be assisting with the interview and orientation of all new potential job seekers. You will act as one of the first points of contact for candidates who register with Liberty Staffing.


Duties Will Include:

  • Other duties as assigned
  • Screen, interview, and assess each candidate that registers with Liberty Staffing Services to match their skills with our clients’ requirements and corporate culture
  • Collect and verify payroll timesheets for accuracy
  • Assist with answering multiple phone lines
  • Enter job seeker information into our recruiting database


Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and problem solve
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in administration/clerical work, customer service and/or sales
  • Previous staffing/recruiting experience is preferred
  • Have a good sense of time-management and be flexible with assigned duties
  • Exhibit patience and work well in a team-oriented environment
