RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain boardroom bookings/schedule, and cleanliness of rooms
• Greet staff and visitors
• Answering incoming calls and transferring calls to the appropriate extensions
• General administrative duties such as filing, data entry
• Other duties as assigned
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Maintain office supplies and place supply orders
