Job Description

The person in this position will have the main responsibility of greeting and directing customers as well as ensuring branch’s clerical operations. By being the first point of contact with Dartmouth branch customers, the person has a key role in providing an excellent service to our clients.
Principal Tasks
Greet & redirect visitors who come to the reception
General office duties, ensure day-end credit card procedures and sales orders processing
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls as well as provide general information to customers (address, fax number, directions, etc.)
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail
Requirements
Other related duties as required
High School diploma
Previous experience as a receptionist or an administrative assistant role
Education in a field related to administration (an asset)
General computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook;
Be comfortable with numbers (subtraction, addition)
