- General office administration support and projects as needed
- Act as a back-up for GHD’s facilities team; internal mail room, file scanning, formatting documents, print room
- Answer main telephone line and transferring calls
- Greet, assist and direct all visitors; assist with the visitor sign-in/out process
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients by responding to questions, directing calls and determining client’s needs
- Experience using the Adobe & Microsoft suite of applications (MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional office experience required
- Able to work in office 40 hour work week; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. shift.
- High School Diploma
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional attitude and approach is a prerequisite
