T2 is delivering a new product platformed on a new architecture to the field and we are looking for someone to ensure the product meets customer requirements.

• We are looking for Quality Assurance Manager with strong quality assurance and management experience. This role will utilize Agile Scrum development practices. The focus of the team is to follow best practice testing patterns and practices to produce a high quality, easily maintainable solution to support T2’s position as the leader in the industry for producing a high quality, easy to use parking solution for our customers.

Team and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for effectively managing resources within the QA team for the application including people, processes and tools.
2. Accountable for the quality of certified software releases.
3. Accountable for PCI SFF testing of the application, submission of appropriate documentation and working directly with auditors.
4. Participates and provides input in all phases of development of products through the delivery of products to customers.
5. Accountable for managing the release test process including scheduling, monitoring and reporting to stakeholders release quality and release progress.
6. Provides guidance on tools, processes, and techniques for quality assurance in an agile environment.
7. Manages external vendor resources and external partner companies with software quality assurance deliverables.
8. Works with peers and other teams within the Engineering Department as well as other departments within T2 to design and engineer products to meet customer requirements.
9. Participates in the Release Candidate Beta testing with customers in assisting with the test plan and evaluation of customer testing results.
10. Creates test strategies and test plan assets.
11. Proficient in other testing and project tools such as JIRA, Confluence and preferably Zephyr Squad.
12. Responsible for conducting performance reviews and career development of quality assurance professionals through coaching and one-on-ones and proactively preparing and conducting performance improvement plans when necessary.
13. Continuously track and analyze online and offline quality problems while constantly improving the quality of the system.
14. Participates in customer support by responding to support issues regarding product defects and possible solutions.
15. Performs the role of Quality Assurance Engineer as needed.
16. Participates in meetings, conferences and company events as required.
17. Continually evaluates departmental processes and external tools and technologies for improvement opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of work experience in testing and development in the high-tech sector preferably with embedded software with 2 or more years as a quality assurance manager.

Experienced in quality assurance methodology, SDLC, PCI SFF.

Experienced in people management processes and tools.

Passionate, self-motivated and can demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills.
