Are you a seasoned Quality professional looking to lead and inspire a dedicated team while contributing to a renowned global pharmaceutical organization?


We're seeking a passionate Quality Manager to be the guiding force behind our commitment to exceptional product quality and the well-being of our team.


What you will be doing?


  • Implement robust risk assessment methodologies and root cause analysis techniques to drive proactive quality improvements.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with regulatory agencies and partners to ensure alignment and maintain a strong industry presence.
  • Lead and mentor a dynamic team of quality professionals, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment that values growth and development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of quality practices throughout the product lifecycle, from research and development to distribution.
  • Champion Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, fostering a workplace that celebrates unique perspectives and backgrounds, and encourages an open dialogue.
  • Oversee quality audits, inspections, and assessments, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System, ensuring adherence to global standards and regulations while promoting innovative practices.


What do you bring to the table


  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy) or related life science field.
  • Located in the Greater Toronto area and authorized to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship or permits.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of global regulations and quality standards (e.g., FDA, Health Canada, EU GMP).
  • Proven leadership skills of min 3 years with the ability to empower and develop team members.
