Quality Assurance Associate Jobs

SUMMARY

Ensure that all quality standards, policies, and procedures are met and that they comply with all customer, industry, and legislative requirements. The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for maintaining the organizations Quality Manual and policies, maintaining the Quality Objectives, and identifying/implementing new processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the quality of company operations. The Quality Assurance Associate must also ensure that all regulatory records are maintained and all documentation is current.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform inspection on incoming and outgoing parts
• Maintain and evaluate Quality Objectives
• Work with Regulatory agencies globally for product approval
• Maintain and observe regulatory requirements
• Perform in-process inspections
• Conduct investigations on customer complaints regarding quality
• Assist in the development and maintenance of process Control Plans
• Assign and maintain Corrective/Preventative actions
• Participate in supplier evaluations
• Carry out supplier quality surveys and audits
• Other duties as assigned
• Conduct internal audits
• Establish audit plans that ascertain the effectiveness of the Quality Management System
• Maintain the Quality Management System

Education and/ or Experience

High School diploma, University or College diploma also an asset.

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend English. Must have the ability to write standard documentation and effectively communicate information with other employees of the organization.Must possess excellent communication.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.Must have the ability to effectively problem solve and resolve situations regarding product quality, customer complaints, and other related matters. Must be self motivated, a self starter and well organized with attention to detail.
