• On-target earnings Year 2: $65,000+
• On-target earnings Year 3: $75,000+

YOUR ROLE
Your job is to tell business leaders from across Canada about a better way to provide employee benefits, and then set up appointments for them with our licensed advisors who get them on our plan. Technically, we're known as "prospectors": we find high-potential contacts and prepare them for a sales conversation. It's all done over the telephone, from comfortable offices or from your own home (we offer a Hybrid working arrangement) during business hours, plus our Happy Friday Program, giving you every second Friday off!
