Our client, a leading national wholesale distributor of plumbing, HVAC, waterworks and industrial products to the construction industry has an immediate opening for a Profit Centre Manager to join their team in Moose Jaw SK. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Profit Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing all branch operations. What You Will Be Doing

• Analyze reports and develop & implement strategies
• Recruit, train, coach and develop the team
• Achieve sales, gross profit and profit-sharing goals
• Meet and exceed customer expectations
• Lead and develop all business operations at the profit center

What You Bring To The Table

• Minimum 3 years of wholesale distribution experience
• Strong focus on operational excellence
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sound business acumen
• Ability to learn how to operate equipment and applicable software systems
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
• A college diploma or university degree

Preferred

• Previous experience or knowledge of plumbing and building products
• Knowledge of the construction industry
