Air Canada seeks a highlight motivated, detail oriented and creatively inclined Product Manager, Digital Optimization for our Loyalty experiences. The individual will be passionate about digital experiences, designs and responsible for implementing optimization strategies for our digital products. The ideal candidate understands the way technology, people and systems work together - and where the gaps are. They are attuned to how problems arise; how to be proactive; and how to test and solve for these occurrences. The candidate will have a balance of an analytical mind, and relationship building skills to thrive in a cross-functional team.


Qualifications:


5+ years of experience in product management with focus on testing and optimization activities.

Strong understanding of Loyalty programs and industry trends

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present analysis/insights to senior management.

Adobe Analytics, Analysis and visualization capabilities

Direct experience implementing and using analytics, testing and personalization platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Optimizely, etc.) to set up experiment design, A/B testing, MVT, and personalization. Other targeting/testing technologies a plus.

Statistic and measurement skills including hypothesis testing, time-series forecasting, regression analysis, and NLP.

Ability to visualize and present data within Adobe Analytics (Workspace), Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint)

Plus, to be proficient in project management methodologies and tools e.g. JIRA

BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Statistics, or equivalent experience

Elle porte attention à la manière dont les problèmes surviennent, et elle est capable d’agir de façon proactive et de procéder à des essais pour trouver des solutions à ces problèmes. Elle doit avoir un bon esprit d’analyse et des habiletés en relations interpersonnelles lui permettant de s’épanouir au sein d’une équipe interfonctionnelle.


Qualifications:


Au moins cinq ans d’expérience en gestion de produits axée sur les activités de mise à l’essai et d’optimisation

Excellente compréhension des programmes de fidélité et des tendances de l’industrie.

Aptitudes marquées pour la communication orale et écrite; capacité à présenter les analyses et les perspectives aux cadres supérieurs

Habileté à utiliser Adobe Analytics et capacités d’analyse et de visualisation

Expérience directe de la mise en œuvre et de l’utilisation de plateformes d’analyse, d’essai et de personnalisation (p. ex., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Optimizely, etc.) pour configurer la conception des expériences, les essais A/B, les essais à variables multiples et la p

ersonnalisation Connaissance d’autres technologies de ciblage et de mise à l’essai, un atout

Compétences en statistique et en mesure, notamment dans les tests d’hypothèse, les prévisions en série chronologique, l’analyse de régression et le traitement du langage naturel

Habileté à visualiser et à présenter des données à l’aide d’Adobe Analytics (Workspace) et des applications de la suite Office de Microsoft (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint)

Excellente connaissance des méthodologies de gestion de projet et maîtrise des outils comme JIRA

B.A. ou B.Sc. en administration des affaires, en marketing, en statistique ou expérience équivalente
