The Opportunity:
This newly created role will be accountable for the overall wellbeing and success of TIME Family of Wines, the parent company to Chronos, Evolve Cellars and the McWatters Collection. Responsible for excelling TIME Family of Wines through their next chapter of growth, the President will champion leadership across the business and foster a passionate and innovation-focused mindset amongst the team. This position will work closely with the owners to execute a business strategy that is aligned with their vision to challenge the status-quo and be a leader in the wine industry.
The Impact:
Operational Strategy:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Build and maintain a strong brand reputation through effective marketing and communication strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- In collaboration with General Manager, ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing the production, labeling, and sale of wine, including those related to alcohol content, labeling, and advertising.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Oversee the development and launch of new wines and offerings, ensuring that they meet customer needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee the financial and executional strategy of all food & beverage operations including in-house restaurant, Orolo, and culinary operations across winery properties.
- Ensure effective sales (Onsite, DTC, Wine Club, Inside & Outside Sales) and marketing strategies are in place to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Anticipate and respond to changes in the industry and marketplace, adapting the company's strategy and operations as needed.
Fiscal Responsibility:
- Monitor and manage the company's financial performance, including revenue, profit margins, and cash flow, and take corrective action as needed to address any issues.
- Develop and manage the company's annual budget, ensuring that it aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute financial strategies that support growth initiatives and improve profitability.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and accounting standards.
- Manage the company's debt and capital structure, ensuring that it has sufficient access to capital to fund growth initiatives.

- In collaboration with the owners and senior management team, develop and communicate a clear and compelling vision for the company's future growth and success.
- Hire and retain top talent, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to help them reach their full potential.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement that encourages creative thinking and experimentation.
- Lead by example, modeling the values and behaviors that the company expects from its employees.

Target Experience & Qualifications:

- Knowledge of industry trends and leading business practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience
- Exceptional communication skills; ability to influence with a wide variety of audiences.
- Progressive senior or executive leadership experience in a consumer product good or related industry with proven success with change management
- Strategic orientation and a deep understanding of operational and P&L responsibility
