We are seeking a President experienced in navigating transformation across an enterprise and its culture, broadly experienced in leading a mid-market, multi-location business operating diverse and unique plant operations. Ideally you will have experience in operating a custom production environment with a focus on equipment utilization in a highly engineered context. You will have a hands-on, walk-the-floor approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a middle-market growth environment. Specific industry background is less important than breadth of functional experience in a flexible and responsive production environment, from operations through engineering. You will be equally at home in front of a customer as on the shop floor or reviewing a P&L statement.
