Job Description

Entrepreneurs en mécanique A.J.R. inc. est une entreprise familiale qui opère dans le domaine de la construction depuis 49 ans. Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un(e) adjoint(e) estimation.


Profil recherché:


Diplôme d’études professionnel en secrétariat ou équivalent

Expérience dans le domaine de la construction un atout

Bonne connaissance de la suite office et logiciel PDF


Description du poste:


ØSuivi des soumissions et dépôts de celle-ci au BSDQ

oDate de fermeture

oAddendas

oCautionnement

ØPréparation des documents de fin de projet

oSuivi des dessins d’atelier et présentation

oRapport parasismique

oTQC

ØImpressions de plan

ØClassement des courriels et tenue en ordre des dossiers

ØRédiger des lettres

ØToutes autres tâches connexes


L’horaire de travail est de 35 heures par semaine


Salaire à discuter selon expérience.
