Individuals will have direct ownership and accountability for telephone performance and client satisfaction goals. They must have the ability to embrace and drive change, work with a sense of urgency, and have the capability to build positive and lasting relationships with clients. What you will do:

• Billing and ensuring payment arrangements are met on schedule.
• Selling to new or existing clients.
• Connect with current clients to ensure satisfaction and build authentic, lasting relationships
• Resolve client inquiries by partnering with the appropriate internal & external resources
• Manage outgoing/incoming customer experience opportunities.
• Winning back lost business by resetting policies.
• Collaborating with marketing on different campaigns.
• Retaining clients from cancellation and building value in our products.
• Working on back office and accounting related cases.
• Administrative tasks.

What we are looking for:

• Must have high speed internet
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• 1-2+ years in customer service sales and retention, having a life insurance license in good standing is a bonus but not required.
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Proven ability to self-manage in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
• Hours of operation - Monday – Sunday (9AM-9PM)
• Comfortable managing client escalations and able to problem-solve creatively
• High level of ownership, accountability, and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Commitment to ongoing service, process, and efficiency improvements
• Knowledge of Google docs, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• A passion for helping others and providing consultative customer advice and service

Please note that there will also be a BASIC SKILL TEST (basic Computer Applications and Technology test) during the Interview process.
