The right candidate for this role is someone with multiple years of experience as a licensed Pharmacist in Canada, with an ideal candidate having some experience in supervision/management of pharmacy operations (with strong focus on people leadership). Responsibilities

• Other duties as required to support patient care and safety
• Ensuring patient care and safety while completing all typical duties of Pharmacist with respect to clinical & operational excellence
• Supporting operations which may include staff supervision, inventory management support, dispensing duties and other tasks to optimize service opportunities
• Overseeing pharmacy team
• Ensuring compliance with College of Pharmacy requirements when delivering pharmacy service

Qualifications

• Fully licensed pharmacist in good standing with the ACP and at least 2 years experience as a pharmacist in Canada
• The ideal candidate has previous experience in leadership or oversight of pharmacy support staff in any setting
• Ability to effectively lead a team and manage performance
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts during weekdays (day shift only) with full availability for the schedule as described and open to help out on occasional additional days if the business requires (with time off in lieu)
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
• Dedication to patient care and passion for delivery of excellent service
