VERB is looking for a motivated Performance Media Coordinator to join our paid media team!


As a Performance Media Coordinator you will be coordinating with the media team to support campaign objectives and grow their skills across platforms. You will also help to implement optimizations, support with reporting and assisting in onboarding new clients.


What You Will Do:


  • Support with traditional and third-party vendor research and campaigns as required, under the direction of a senior member of the team
  • Assist strategists by pulling together reports and insights
  • Support with accurate and timely invoicing and billing for accounts being managed based on training from senior members of the team
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and developments in technology
  • Support with the implementation of optimization tactics across Google, Facebook, Bing, Metasearch and other relevant paid media channels
  • Attend client status calls as required
  • Grow understanding of Google, Bing, Metasearch and FB toolset by working closely with strategists
  • Proof dashboards, ensuring they are accurate prior to status meetings
  • Track relevant client tickets and implement updates under the direction of Analyst or Strategist as well as support with the coordination of media accounts through note taking, dashboard reviews, etc.
  • Optimize campaigns based on goals and review analytics to ensure goals are being achieved
  • Monitor campaign budgets and results, escalating any issues as required
  • Draft search and social copy, as required


Requirements


  • Highly organized with the ability to function in a fast-paced business environment
  • Post-secondary education in advertising, marketing, journalism, business, or relevant experience
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience (can include Co-Op placements)
  • Demonstrated ability to present and speak to clients professionally and confidently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with experience presenting to clients
  • Avid interest in measuring success by numbers, and able to share those insights with clients in an easy-to-understand way
  • Strong attention to detail
