We are currently seeking aParts Managerto join our team!
Working closely with our Parts Technicians and the Shipper/Receiver, the Parts Manager will ensure the efficient operation of the Parts Department to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations while achieving and improving goals set by the company to ensure financial performance.

·Deliver focused effort to ensure consistent execution of all directives, processes, and plans.

·Align directions, services, performance, actions, and results with long-term customer, staff, and organizational development and success.

·Engages and enables all co-workers to grow and succeed through training, coaching, communication, feedback, demonstration, and encouragement.
·Create and support self-managed, highly engaged employees.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
·Manage inventory to ensure high fill rates and minimal obsolescence.
·Supervise, motivate, support and develop direct reports to achieve goals.
·Review performance of subordinates and develop training and improvement plans.
·Monitor safety and quality standards and develop improvement activities.
·Manage and review department budgets to ensure department processes are cost effective.

It is important to note, our current Parts Manager is staying, was not demoted and has voluntarily taken a move to part technician. He will be there to help train new parts people as needed and help the new parts manager with the transition.
