Paid Media Specialist Jobs

This position is completely remote as we do not have an office in Vancouver.

About the role:

Vena Solutions is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to work on our performance-obsessed marketing team of strategic thinkers, collaborators, and innovators, who live and breathe acquisition marketing. Reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy, you’ll build campaigns across Paid Social and Search, Programmatic, Display, Video and Audio channels to create and capture demand for Vena.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with wider digital and creative teams on campaign brainstorming, brand awareness ideation and topical marketing research
• Own relationships with vendors and other external partners to achieve channel goals, provide campaign analysis and access into features to amplify performance
• Champion A/B testing plans on paid channels to foster measurable improvement to performance
• Other duties as assigned
• Partner with the internal marketing ops team to ensure proper lead workflows, campaign attribution and channel performance metrics are implemented and measured
• Plan, implement and execute campaigns across digital channels including search, display, social and programmatic, in order to drive awareness, community engagement and acquisition
• Monitor budget pacing, ad fatigue and campaign engagement across all channels

Does this sound like you?:

• Google Ad Search and Video certifications, Google Analytics (GA4) certifications and Facebook Blueprint
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex campaigns with large budgets
• 2+ years experience in a performance marketing role, in-house or agency
• You know when to have fun, when to celebrate and when to move fast
• Proven track record of implementing successful campaigns strategies across Google Ads (Search and Youtube), Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Exceptional analytical and organizational abilities and a passion for digital strategy
