Mortgage Agent – 100% Commission Role

We are seeking a talented and competitive Mortgage Agent who is a Go Getter. This individual must thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, high-energy company. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving revenue growth objectives and able to work independently. This is a full-time, remote position. The ideal candidate has a sales background with three to five years of goal-crushing sales experience.

This position has the potential to earn $50K-$250K plus in 100% commission role.

This is a Go-Getter position - hunt, prospect, and repeat.

Responsibilities

·Ability to prospect and cold call to find highly qualified prospects

·Ability to enthusiastically represent the company and its services

·Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a competitive and positive nature

·Have a true sales “Go-Getter” mentality and conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social to connect with new prospects

·Use consultative sales skills to skillfully build value, interest and create opportunities with new prospects

Requirements

•3-5 years sales experience in a Go-Getter role with full sales cycle experience

·Strong follow-up, communication skills and time management skills

•Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and work independently

•Use strong phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills when engaging with prospects

•Be highly organized and strong time management skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Possess hustle and persistence

•An existing Provincial mortgage agent license required

•Preference will be given to those with Financial Services background
