About Nexar Equipment:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair on-highway machinery to ensure safety and optimum performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and procedures.
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and management to communicate machinery issues and solutions.
- Continuously upgrade skills and stay updated with the latest industry technologies.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Valid Journeyman On-Highway Mechanic certification.
- Previous experience working with on-highway machinery; hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Possession of a CVIP (Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program) license is a significant added benefit and will be highly regarded.
