Role accountabilities:
  • Vendor Management
  • Support in educating and training of keyusers linked to OIM projects
  • Advises other OEA teams on process management and implementation activities.
  • Support in testing of Oracle functionality to ensure successful implementation
  • Proactively engages with project stakeholders to define business requirements and activities for successful Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Responsible in guiding the business on Oracle standard functionality and documenting requirements for localizations and customizations.
  • Engages collaboration and standardizes deliverables between the different workstreams of the program
  • Supports preparation and delivery of process management related cutover and PGLS activities with OIM Cutover & PGLS Manager
  • Support delivery of Oracle functionality as per agreed business requirements
  • Collaborates with OIM team, OOO domain teams, and local roll-out teams to scope, plan, design, and deliver process management activities for Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Ensures global standardization and cohesion in the Oracle Cloud solution across business units with a focus on business efficiency and user experience.
  • Oversees and manages third parties that are providing functional and technical Oracle expertise related to the OIM activities

Key Profile Requirements:
  • Keyuser or implementation experience with Oracle Fusion cloud
  • Financial background in area of RtR
  • Experience in business control or project delivery within a multinational engineering, professional services, or similar firm.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in process management in support of ERP projects within a multinational engineering, professional services, or similar firm.
Key Shared Accountabilities:
  • Oracle SOP and KBA development with O&Q team
  • Oracle project delivery with minimal business disruption with wider OIM team
  • Oracle implementation change management, training and communications with CTC team
  • Oracle solution testing with OIM Test Manager and KBUs for OIM projects
  • Oracle rollout integrations with DII team
  • Partnership with other OEA Lanes and teams to achieve goals and exceed business expectations
  • Oracle technical solution decisions with OOO Lane
