Providing assistance on senior interactions: Between the T&I leadership team and Operations, the Senior Management Team, and the Board of Directors

Validated experience (minimum of 5 years) in leadership roles within the mining industry or a related sector

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving successful outcomes in sophisticated environments

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence partners at all levels

Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures

Advises other OEA teams on process management and implementation activities.

Supports preparation and delivery of process management related cutover and PGLS activities with OIM Cutover & PGLS Manager

Oracle implementation change management, training and communications with CTC team

Proactively engages with project stakeholders to define business requirements and activities for successful Oracle Cloud implementations.

Responsible in guiding the business on Oracle standard functionality and documenting requirements for localizations and customizations.

Support delivery of Oracle functionality as per agreed business requirements

Experience in identification and validation of internal controls over financial reporting and financial management;

Experience in developing business process documentation, and financial reports;

Experience in developing operational procedures and ensuring their compliance with policies and financial internal controls;

Experience in conducting process improvement projects.
